Gemer 0.5 Tablet PR is a combination of two medicines, Glimepiride and Metformin, used to manage blood sugar in type 2 diabetes. It improves insulin sensitivity, reduces liver glucose production, and helps prevent complications when used with diet and exercise.

Here's how you should take Gemer 0.5 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.
• Take this medicine with food at the same time each day for optimal results.
• Continue taking this medicine even if you feel well or your blood glucose is under control.
• Do not change the dose or stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.

Gemer 0.5 Tablet is taken orally.

Gemer 0.5 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Glimepiride (0.5 mg): This ingredient is a sulfonylurea medicine that stimulates the pancreas to produce more insulin.
