FORACORT G SYNCHROBREATHE 120MDI is used for the long-term maintenance of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults. Combining an inhaled corticosteroid (ICS), a long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA), and a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) in a single breath-actuated inhaler provides triple therapy for COPD management from one device.
It contains budesonide (ICS), formoterol (LABA), and glycopyrronium (LAMA) per actuation. Use it as prescribed at the same time each day. The Synchrobreathe technology triggers automatically on inhalation. Rinse your mouth with water and spit after each use to prevent oral thrush from the inhaled corticosteroid.
Correct breath-actuated technique, consistent daily use, routine mouth rinsing, keeping up with vaccinations, and keeping a separate rescue inhaler available all support respiratory management alongside this medicine.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor about any glaucoma, enlarged prostate, urinary retention, diabetes, heart disease, or other medicines. This medicine is not for acute breathlessness relief. COPD patients face an increased risk of pneumonia with inhaled corticosteroids. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
