Folitrax 25 Injection 1ml is used in adults for the treatment of various cancers, including breast cancer, lung cancer, leukaemia, and lymphomas, as well as certain autoimmune conditions like severe rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. It belongs to a class of medicines known as antimetabolites.
It is also used in the treatment of neoplastic diseases, including gestational choriocarcinoma, chorioadenoma destruens, and hydatidiform mole. In acute lymphocytic leukaemia, it is indicated in the prophylaxis of meningeal leukaemia and as part of maintenance therapy in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents. It is also used to manage severe rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis.
