Flexiglim 0.5 MG Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control blood glucose levels. It belongs to a class of medications known as sulfonylureas.

In addition to managing everyday blood glucose levels, this medicine is particularly effective at controlling postprandial (after-meal) glucose spikes.
