ZORYL 0.5 TABLET 15 is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when diet and exercise alone are not enough to control blood glucose levels. It belongs to a class of medications known as sulfonylureas.

In addition to managing everyday blood glucose levels, this medicine is particularly effective at controlling postprandial (after-meal) glucose spikes. Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults
Management of blood glucose when diet fails

Follow these instructions while taking ZORYL 0.5 TABLET 15:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.
Take the medicine at the same time each day for the best results.

ZORYL 0.5 TABLET 15 is taken orally.

ZORYL 0.5 TABLET 15 may have the following common side effects:

Hypoglycaemia: Low blood sugar, which may cause cold sweats, shakiness, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, confusion, and tremors.
