Zoryl 0.5 Tablet 15 is used to help control blood sugar levels. It is a single-ingredient antidiabetic medicine containing glimepiride.

This medicine helps manage blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes. It also reduces glucose spikes following meals. It also helps the body use insulin more effectively when natural production is insufficient.

Regular meals, a balanced diet and physical activity can support blood sugar control alongside this medicine.

Follow these instructions while taking Zoryl 0.5 Tablet 15:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.
Take the medicine at the same time each day for the best results.

Zoryl 0.5 Tablet 15 is taken orally.

Zoryl 0.5 Tablet 15 may cause some side effects that are usually mild and go away as your body adjusts to the medicine.

A few common side effects of Zoryl 0.5 Tablet 15:

Hypoglycaemia: low blood sugar, which may cause cold sweats, shakiness, rapid heartbeat, anxiety, confusion, and tremors.
Nervous system: headache, dizziness, weakness.
Digestive: nausea.
