Fexuclue Tablet 10

Fexuclue Tablet 10 is used for the treatment and healing of acid-related damage to the food pipe in adults with GERD.

Uses of Fexuclue Tablet 10 are:

• Erosive Oesophagitis Treatment: Helps heal inflammation and damage to the oesophageal lining.
• Reflux Symptom Relief: Eases chronic heartburn and acid regurgitation.
• Swallowing Comfort: Helps relieve difficulty swallowing caused by acid-related irritation.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet.
• Fexuclue Tablet 10 may be taken with or without food.
• Take the tablet once daily at the same time each day for optimal acid control.

Fexuclue Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Fexuclue Tablet 10 contains the following active component:

• Fexuprazan (40 mg): Fexuprazan is a potassium-competitive acid blocker that inhibits gastric acid secretion by reversibly blocking the potassium-binding site of the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells. This results in rapid, sustained suppression of stomach acid production, supporting healing of acid-related oesophageal damage.

• Store at room temperature in a dry place.
• Keep the tablet in the original container.
• Protect from moisture and heat.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

• Avoid spicy, fatty, and acidic foods that may worsen reflux symptoms.
• Eat smaller, more frequent meals instead of large meals.
• Avoid lying down immediately after eating.
• Maintain a healthy body weight to reduce abdominal pressure.
• Elevate the head of the bed if night-time reflux occurs.
