Fexuclue Tablet 10

Fexuclue Tablet 10 interacts with the following medicines:

• HIV medications such as Atazanavir, nelfinavir, rilpivirine: It results in reduced absorption due to increased gastric pH; concurrent use is not recommended.

Fexuclue Tablet 10 should be used cautiously in patients with:

• Suspected gastric malignancy: Fexuclue Tablet 10 may relieve acid-related symptoms and potentially delay the diagnosis of gastric cancer; underlying malignancy should be ruled out before initiating therapy.
• Osteoporosis or fracture risk: Long-term acid suppression with Fexuclue Tablet 10 may impair calcium absorption, potentially increasing the risk of bone fractures, especially in susceptible patients.
• History of electrolyte imbalance: Fexuclue Tablet 10 may be associated with disturbances such as hypomagnesaemia during prolonged use, requiring periodic monitoring of electrolyte levels.

The daily dose of Fexuclue Tablet 10 should be taken as prescribed. If erosive oesophagitis remains untreated or symptoms persist, treatment may be extended for a longer duration as advised by your doctor.
 

Overdose of Fexuclue Tablet 10 can cause dizziness and gastrointestinal discomfort. If these symptoms persist or worsen, inform your doctor.
 

If a dose of Fexuclue Tablet 10 is missed, take it as soon as remembered. If it is close to the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take an additional dose to compensate.
