Evalon Cream 15gm

Evalon Cream 15gm is used for:

• Relieve vaginal dryness, irritation, and burning in postmenopausal women.
• Improve vaginal elasticity and mucosal thickness.
• Restore normal vaginal pH and support healthy vaginal flora.
• Reduce discomfort during urination or sexual activity due to estrogen deficiency.

Follow these instructions while using Evalon Cream 15gm:

• Wash and dry the external genital area before application.
• Insert the prescribed amount of cream into the vagina using the applicator provided. A small amount may also be applied to the external genital area if advised by your doctor.
• Follow the frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor.
• Wash hands thoroughly after application.
• Do not apply more frequently or in larger amounts than prescribed.

Evalon Cream 15gm is for vaginal (intravaginal) use only.

Evalon Cream 15gm contains the following active component:

• Estriol (1 mg): A naturally occurring estrogen. Estriol binds to estrogen receptors in the vaginal epithelial cells, activating receptor-mediated pathways that stimulate cellular proliferation, increase glycogen content, and enhance blood flow to the vaginal tissues. This results in thicker, more elastic vaginal mucosa and increased lubrication, improving tissue resilience and function. Its action is primarily local, with low systemic absorption compared with oral hormone therapy, helping restore structural integrity and support normal vaginal physiology.

• Store below 25°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date.

• Maintain genital hygiene: Gently wash with mild, fragrance-free soap and water. Avoid douches or scented wipes.
• Wear breathable clothing: Loose cotton underwear and clothing reduce moisture and irritation.
