Eurepa-2 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults by controlling blood sugar levels around mealtimes. It is a single-ingredient antidiabetic medicine containing repaglinide (a meglitinide).
It helps the pancreas release more insulin after meals. Take it shortly before each main meal in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, and skip the dose if you skip a meal. Continue it regularly as part of your diabetes care plan.
Eat meals at regular times, keep portions of rice, roti and sweets controlled and stay physically active.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Report signs of low blood sugar, such as shakiness, sweating or confusion. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
