Esogress L Capsule 10

Esogress-L Capsule can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensive Drugs: Concomitant use of this capsule may enhance the hypotensive effects of these drugs. 
• Anti-tubercular medications such as rifampin. It can increase the blood concentrations of Esogress-L Capsule.
• Antidepressants such as diazepam. This capsule can increase the blood concentrations of diazepam.
• Antiretroviral drugs used to treat HIV infection, such as atazanavir and nelfinavir. This capsule may affect the blood concentration of these medications.
• Antifungal medications such as ketoconazole and voriconazole. The absorption of these medications decreases on concomitant use.
• Anticoagulant medications such as clopidogrel. The effectiveness of this medication can be impaired by the use of this capsule.
• Antiarrhythmic medications such as digoxin. This capsule may increase the exposure to digoxin.

Esogress-L Capsule can interact with diseases, including:

• Osteoporosis: Long-term and multiple daily doses of this capsule may be associated with an increased risk for osteoporosis-related fractures of the hip, wrist, or spine.
• Hypomagnesemia: Prolonged treatment with this capsule can cause low magnesium levels.
• Severe liver impairment: This capsule can rarely lead to severe liver problems, leading to liver failure and inflammation of the brain. It can aggravate your existing condition.
• Breast cancer: Levosulpiride, one of the active ingredients in this capsule may increase prolactin levels. Therefore, caution should be exercised and patients with a history or a family history of breast cancer.
• Heart disease: This capsule can increase the risk of irregular heartbeats and worsen the existing condition.

Take the dose of Esogress-L Capsule as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor. 

If you forgot to take Esogress-L Capsule, take it as soon as you remember it. If the time for the next dosage is close, it is recommended to skip the missed one now and resume your regular dosage pattern. Never increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.
