Contraindications

• Esomeprazole + Levosulpiride is CONTRAINDICATED in patients with known allergies to esomeprazole or levosulpiride and who have Parkinson's disease, severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, epilepsy, porphyrias, breast cancer, or hypokalemia.

• The concurrent use of medications, including painkillers (aspirin, naproxen), anti-HIV medications (atazanavir), blood-thinning medications (clopidogrel, warfarin, cilostazol), anti-fungal medications (ketoconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole), anti-cancer medications (erlotinib, methotrexate), anti-depressants (citalopram, imipramine, clomipramine, duloxetine), anti-anxiety medications (diazepam), anti-convulsants (phenytoin), gastroprokinetic agents (cisapride), medication for heart problems (digoxin), immunosuppressants (tacrolimus), and anti-tuberculosis medications (rifampicin), alongside Esomeprazole + Levosulpiride is not recommended. Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose of this combination can cause confusion, drowsiness, blurred vision, tachycardia, nausea, diaphoresis, flushing, headache, and dry mouth. Inform your doctor regarding these effects and follow the advice accordingly.
• If you forget to take a dose of this combination, take it as soon as you remember. However, avoid repeating the dose.
