Esmoease L Capsule 10 is used for the following:

Managing gastroesophageal reflux disease
Controlling heartburn
Managing acid reflux
Counteracting sour taste in the mouth

Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

Esomeprazole (40 mg): This ingredient works by irreversibly blocking an enzyme system called the proton pump in the stomach's parietal cells that is responsible for acid production. By inhibiting this enzyme, esomeprazole effectively suppresses both basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion.
Levosulpiride (75 mg): Levosulpiride is a selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist with prokinetic properties. It increases acetylcholine release, stimulating stomach and intestinal movement. Furthermore, it heightens lower oesophageal sphincter pressure to prevent reflux of stomach contents into the oesophagus.

Together, these two ingredients provide effective relief from GERD symptoms by both reducing stomach acid production and enhancing gastrointestinal motility.

Pregnancy

Caution is advised while taking Esmoease L Capsule 10 if you are pregnant. It is best to consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Breastfeeding

Alcohol
