Enzomac Plus Tablet is used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle and joint pain, dental pain and throat pain. It also helps manage pain and swelling following sports injuries and surgery.
This medicine combines an anti-inflammatory painkiller with an enzyme that supports the anti-inflammatory action. Take it as prescribed and always with food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation. Do not take more than the prescribed dose, or for longer than recommended, and avoid alcohol during treatment.
Gentle movement and physiotherapy, where appropriate, can complement pain relief for musculoskeletal conditions, and maintaining a healthy body weight helps reduce strain on the joints. Avoid taking other anti-inflammatory medicines alongside this one unless advised by your doctor.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart problems, or asthma. Pregnant women, particularly in later pregnancy, should avoid this medicine. Seek medical attention immediately if you notice signs of stomach bleeding, such as black or tarry stools. Evidence that the added enzyme accelerates tissue healing is limited; it should be described only as a possible adjunct for swelling.
