Empagliflozin (12.5 Mg) + Metformin (1000 Mg)

Empagreat-M 1000 Tablet is used to manage high blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is a combination medicine that belongs to the class of antidiabetic medications.

In addition to controlling blood glucose levels, this medicine may help reduce the risk of cardiovascular death in diabetic patients with established heart disease. It can also lower the risk of hospitalisation for heart failure in certain patient groups when other treatments are not effective enough.

This medicine should be taken orally as directed by your doctor, typically with food. Before starting this treatment, inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions or other medicines you are taking.
