Dobelate Heal Cream 30gm

Dobelate Heal Cream 30 GM is used in the following conditions:

• Haemorrhoids (Piles): This cream relieves pain, itching, swelling and discomfort associated with piles/haemorrhoids (swollen veins in the anus or rectum that are liable to bleed)
• Anal fissures: It also aids in reducing inflammation in the anal fissure, promoting healing and alleviating discomfort.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using this cream.
• Clean and dry the affected area. 
• Puncture the nozzle seal with the piercing point of the cap.
• Fix the applicator provided and lubricate it well.
• Insert the nozzle 2-3 cm inside the anus to apply the cream.

Dobelate Heal Cream 30 GM is intended for anal/rectal application. It should not be ingested orally or administered through any other route.

The components ofDobelate Heal Cream 30 GM are as follows:

• Calcium dobesilate (0.25 % w/w): It primarily acts on blood vessels. It helps in the maintenance of vascular integrity and stability. By reducing capillary permeability, it minimises the leakage of fluids from small blood vessels into the surrounding tissue. This can be particularly beneficial in conditions associated with fragility and weakness of blood vessels. It plays a role in reducing capillary permeability and strengthening small blood vessels. It enhances microcirculation, promoting better blood flow to the skin.
• Lidocaine / Lignocaine (3 % w/w): Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic that blocks nerve signals in the area where it is applied. It provides temporary relief from pain and discomfort by numbing the skin and underlying tissues. This effect helps reduce itching and burning sensations commonly seen in various skin conditions. • Zinc (5 % w/w): Zinc is an essential mineral that plays a crucial role in wound healing and skin health. It promotes the regeneration of skin cells and supports the body's natural defence mechanisms. Zinc contributes to maintaining skin integrity and supporting the healing process. • Store this medicine at room temperature 15-25ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep it away from children.

• Take hot sitz baths for 10-15 minutes 4-5 times a day to soothe the affected area and promote healing. 
• Increase your fibre intake from fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. Fibre helps soften stools and promotes regular bowel movements, reducing the strain on the anal area.
• Stay hydrated by drinking adequate water throughout the day to maintain hydration and prevent constipation. 
• Avoid straining during bowel movements. Consult your doctor about taking a stool softener or fibre supplement to ease passage if needed.
• Keep the anal area clean and dry. Use gentle, fragrance-free cleansing products and pat the area dry after washing.
• Take breaks if you have a sedentary job, and avoid prolonged sitting or standing, which can put pressure on the anal area.
• Limit consumption of spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine, and acidic foods, as they can irritate the digestive system and worsen symptoms.
