D ACNE PLUS GEL 15GM may interact with the following medicines:

• Topical acne medicines (Tretinoin, Adapalene, Benzoyl Peroxide): Using multiple acne treatments together may increase skin irritation, redness, dryness, or peeling. Your doctor may advise applying them at different times of the day.
• Other topical antibiotics (Erythromycin): Concurrent use with other antibiotics may reduce antibacterial effectiveness or increase the risk of skin irritation.
• Skin peeling agents (Salicylic acid, Resorcinol): Combining keratolytic agents with this medicine may cause excessive skin dryness or irritation.
• Topical corticosteroids (Hydrocortisone, Mometasone): Using steroid creams together with acne medicines may alter treatment response and should be done only under medical supervision.

Use D ACNE PLUS GEL 15GM with caution if you have:

• Inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease): Clindamycin, even when used topically, may rarely be absorbed through the skin and has been associated with antibiotic-associated colitis. Patients with a history of inflammatory bowel disease should use this medicine only under medical supervision.
• Sensitive skin disorders (eczema, dermatitis, or rosacea): These conditions can make the skin more reactive. Applying acne medicines may increase redness, dryness, or irritation, so careful use and monitoring are recommended.
• Severely inflamed or infected skin: If the skin is severely damaged, infected, or ulcerated, absorption of the medicine may increase, and irritation may worsen. A doctor should evaluate the condition before starting treatment.
