• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This ingredient is a widely used analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and decreasing the body's temperature set point in the hypothalamus.

• Serratiopeptidase (10 mg): Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that has anti-inflammatory, anti-oedemic and fibrinolytic properties.
