Achnil Sp Tablet 10 is a painkiller and anti-inflammatory medication used to manage pain and reduce inflammation caused by conditions such as arthritis, muscle spasms, dental pain, sinusitis, menstrual cramps, and various soft tissue injuries.

Achnil Sp Tablet 10 brings together three active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication, aceclofenac works by inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase. This action reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins - chemicals that cause inflammation, pain, and fever - thereby relieving these symptoms.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): Known as a gentle analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer), paracetamol functions by blocking pain signals in the brain and lowering fever through its effect on the brain's heat-regulating centre. When combined with other pain medications like aceclofenac, it aids in achieving more effective pain relief.
• Serratiopeptidase (10 mg): Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme derived from a type of bacteria known as Serratia E15. This enzyme has anti-inflammatory properties and helps break down substances that cause inflammation, reducing swelling and pain. It also aids in clearing away mucus and other inflammatory agents, promoting healing.
