Cloff 250 Tablet is an antibiotic used to manage various bacterial infections, including those of the respiratory tract (throat, nose, and lungs), ear infections, skin infections (such as cellulitis and impetigo), and infections caused by H. pylori bacteria, which are associated with peptic ulcer disease.

When using Cloff 250 Tablet:

• Take it orally with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet; swallow it whole.
• Take it either one hour before or two hours after a meal.

Cloff Tablet is taken orally, which means it is ingested by swallowing with water. It is not to be taken by any other route.

Cloff Tablet contains clarithromycin as its active ingredient.
