Primosa Capsule is used to manage period pain, hot flashes, and mood swings caused by premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or menopause. It contains Evening Primrose Oil as its active ingredient. This supplement works by helping balance the body's natural hormones and lowering breast tenderness. It helps reduce daily stress and supports overall physical comfort during your monthly cycle.

• Evening Primrose Oil: This oil is rich in Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid that plays a vital role in regulating hormonal balance, reducing inflammation and supporting skin health. GLA is particularly beneficial in alleviating mild symptoms of PMS, menopause and eczema.
