It may also be prescribed to relieve nasal or sinus congestion associated with allergic rhinitis or the common cold. This medicine provides symptom relief but does not cure the underlying allergic condition.

- Pseudoephedrine (120 mg): Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant that stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors in the nasal blood vessels. This causes narrowing of swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, helping reduce nasal congestion and improve airflow.
