Amoxicillin (500 Mg)

Blumox 500 Capsule 15 is used to treat respiratory and urinary infections. It is a single-ingredient antibiotic medicine containing amoxicillin.

This medicine treats infections of the lungs, throat, and urinary tract. It also treats bacterial infections of the skin. It is also used as part of combination treatment for peptic ulcer disease caused by H. pylori.

Before starting, tell your doctor about your medical conditions and allergies. Tell the doctor about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report persistent or serious side effects to your doctor. Do not stop taking or using the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.

Blumox 500 Capsule 15 is used to treat respiratory and urinary infections.

Uses of Blumox 500 Capsule 15 are:

Respiratory and Urinary Infections: Treats infections of the lungs, throat, and urinary tract.
Skin Infections: Treats bacterial infections of the skin.
H. Pylori Infection: Used as part of combination treatment for peptic ulcer disease caused by H. pylori.

Take Blumox 500 Capsule 15 as below:

Swallow the capsule whole with water.
This medicine can be taken with or without food.
Try to take your doses at evenly spaced intervals at the same times each day.
Continue taking the medicine for the full duration prescribed by your doctor, even if you begin to feel better.

Stops bacterial growth: By causing bacterial death, amoxicillin stops further growth and multiplication of bacteria, aiding the body's immune system in eliminating the infection.

Breastfeeding
