Axunil Nasal Spray 9gm is used to relieve nasal allergy symptoms such as congestion, sneezing, a runny nose, and itching. It contains a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the nasal passages, helping improve breathing and overall comfort during allergic reactions or seasonal allergies.

To use Axunil Nasal Spray 9gm correctly, follow these steps:

• Shake the bottle gently before each use.
• Prime the nasal spray before first use if it hasn't been used for more than 30 days or if the cap has been left off for 5 days or longer.
• Spray into each nostril while breathing in through your nose.

Axunil Nasal Spray 9gm is administered nasally.

Axunil Nasal Spray 9gm contains fluticasone furoate (27.5 mcg), which works on your body as follows:

• Binding with Glucocorticoid Receptors: Fluticasone furoate binds to the glucocorticoid receptors found in the lining of your nose. By attaching itself to these receptors, it effectively suppresses inflammatory substances in your body.
• Suppression of Inflammatory Mediators: When fluticasone furoate binds to glucocorticoid receptors, it results in the suppression of various inflammatory substances such as histamine, leukotrienes, and prostaglandins.
• Reduction in Inflammation and Mucus Production: The above actions reduce inflammation and mucus production within the nasal passages. This relieves typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itching.

• Store Axunil Nasal Spray 9gm at room temperature, ideally between 15°C and 30°C.
