Asthalin 2.5 Respules are used to relieve and treat breathlessness, wheezing and airway tightening in adults and children with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), given through a nebuliser.
They contain salbutamol, a short-acting bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles around the airways, which opens them up and improves airflow.
Use them with a nebuliser as prescribed; do not swallow the solution. Keep a short-acting reliever available at all times for sudden symptoms.
Tell your doctor about any heart conditions or thyroid problems before starting. Report worsening breathlessness or a reduced response to treatment.
