Hyperneb 7% Respules 4ml

Hyperneb 7% Respules are used for loosening thick mucus in airways. It is intended for use with a nebuliser device. The hypertonic saline solution works by drawing moisture into the air passages, helping break down and thin out mucus. This makes it easier to expel mucus through coughing, offering clearer airflow. The solution is typically used in cases where breathing feels restricted due to the buildup of secretions in the lungs or airways. Each 4 ml respule is pre-measured and ready for single-session use.

• Sodium Chloride (5% w/v): Sodium Chloride helps maintain the natural salt balance of the eye to support healthy tear function. It gently cleans and refreshes the ocular surface by reducing irritation caused by dryness. It assists in maintaining moisture balance for clearer and more comfortable vision.
   
• Other Ingredients: Water for injections.

• Mobilises Lower Respiratory Secretions: Hyperneb Respules deliver saline mist deep into the bronchial passages to draw water into thick mucus.This reduces mucus viscosity, making it easier for cough mechanisms to move it upward. It also supports enhanced airway clearance and overall breathing ease.
   
• Hydrates Bronchial Mucus Layers: Hyperneb Respules introduce moisture directly into the lung lining to loosen dense secretions. It also promotes smooth diffusion through bronchial passages for easier expectoration.
   
• Loosens Hardened Phlegm: It softens mucus deposits formed in airways due to dryness or congestion. It also reduces adhesion of secretions to bronchial walls for easier dislodging.
   
• Supports Respiratory Function Under Stress: These respules assist in managing dense mucus during respiratory fluctuation events. It helps keep the airway functioning smoother when environmental conditions trigger dryness. It also encourages consistent hydration of mucous linings throughout nebulisation therapy.
   
• Enhances Comfort During Nebuliser Use: Hyperneb Respules deliver sterile saline in an easy-to-use pre‑filled vial system. It supports a controlled and consistent dosage for each inhalation session. It also provides reliable hydration and expectoration support under professional oversight.

• The product should be used with a nebuliser only, under the direction of a physician.
• It is not to be injected or administered orally.
• Remove a strip of combipack respule from the carton.
• Tear one respule from the combipack.
• To open the respule, twist off the cap as shown in the figure.
• Squeeze the content into the reservoir of the nebulizing chamber.
• Discard the respule after use.

• For inhalation via medical nebuliser only—not for injection or oral intake. 
• Use only under professional supervision—misuse may cause coughing or bronchial irritation.
• Do not reuse respule contents—single-use only.
• Observe respiratory status during use; if coughing becomes excessive or discomfort emerges, consult a healthcare provider.
• Keep out of reach of children; store sealed and sterile until use.
• Read the label carefully before use.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not freeze.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Precautions:

• Use the content of each respule as soon as possible after opening.
• Never use a respule that has been already opened or is damaged.
• Use a fresh respule for each dose.
• Discard any unused solution remaining in the nebuliser cup.
• A respule should not be used if the solution is discoloured, a leak is found on squeezing or the solution contains visible black particles.
• Additionally, the product should not be used if there is even invisible damage to the respule caused during storage or transit, as this may result in contamination.
