Anovate Cream is used to manage piles (haemorrhoids) and anal fissures. It helps relieve symptoms such as pain, swelling, irritation, itching, and bleeding by reducing inflammation and numbing pain, helping manage the discomfort associated with this condition.

To use Anovate Cream properly, follow these steps:

• Do not accept if tagger is broken.
• Use the built-in pin on the cap to pierce the tagger.
• Ensure your hands are clean before handling the cream.
• The affected area should be cleaned and dried thoroughly prior to application.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected anal area.
• This cream is preferably applied once or twice daily, as per your doctor's advice.
• Remember to wash your hands after application.

Anovate Cream is applied topically.

Anovate Cream combines the properties of four active ingredients to provide comprehensive relief:

• Beclomethasone dipropionate (0.025%): This corticosteroid helps manage inflammation by blocking the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause inflammation.
• Phenylephrine (0.1%): An alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist, phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the affected area which helps reduce swelling and bleeding.
• Lidocaine/lignocaine (2.5%): As a local anaesthetic, lidocaine blocks pain signals from the nerves to the brain, thereby reducing pain sensation in the affected area.
• Chlorocresol (0.1%): This ingredient acts as a preservative ensuring the cream remains effective during its shelf life.

• Keep Anovate Cream at room temperature, ideally between 20°C and 25°C.
• Protect it from sunlight by storing it in a cool, dark place.
• Ensure the area is dry, avoid exposure to moisture or excessive heat.
• Always keep Anovate Cream out of reach of children.

• If you're managing piles, a high-fibre diet can help. Include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables in your meals.
• Regular physical activity can also support good bowel health. Strive for at least 20 minutes of moderate exercise daily.
