• Amlodipine (5 mg): This ingredient is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. It also widens coronary and systemic arteries, improving oxygen delivery to the heart muscle and preventing spasms.

• Atenolol (50 mg): This ingredient is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocking agent. It works by preferentially blocking beta-1 adrenergic receptors, mainly found in the heart and kidney. This action slows down the heart rate, reduces the force with which heart muscle contracts and decreases cardiac output. This lowers both blood pressure and the amount of oxygen the heart needs to function.
