Alendros 35 Tablet 4 is used to treat osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and men, strengthening bones and reducing the risk of fractures by slowing the rate of bone loss.

Uses of Alendros 35 Tablet 4 are:

• Osteoporosis: Treats weak bones and reduces the risk of fractures.

Follow these instructions while taking Alendros 35 Tablet 4:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of plain water only.

• Do not chew, crush the tablet.

• Take it first thing in the morning, at least 30 minutes before any food or drink.

• Remain upright (sitting or standing) for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet.

• Take this medicine only once weekly on the same day each week.
