Aceclofenac (100 Mg) + Paracetamol/acetaminophen (325 Mg)

Alcinac P Tablet is used to relieve moderate pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, dental pain and sports injuries, and to bring down fever.

It contains aceclofenac, an anti-inflammatory painkiller (NSAID), and paracetamol, which relieves pain and fever. Together they give more complete relief than either alone.

Take it after a full meal to reduce stomach irritation, as prescribed. Do not take other paracetamol-containing products at the same time, and stay well hydrated.

Tell your doctor about any asthma, stomach ulcers or heart disease before use. Report black stools or persistent stomach pain.

Alcinac P Tablet is used to relieve pain, inflammation and fever.

Uses of Alcinac P Tablet are:

Arthritis: Relieves joint pain and swelling in arthritis.
Everyday Pain: Eases headache, toothache, period pain and body aches.
Injuries and Fever: Relieves pain from injuries and brings down fever.

Use Alcinac P Tablet 15 following these instructions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid breaking, chewing, or crushing the tablet.

Alcinac P Tablet 15 is taken orally.

Alcinac P Tablet 15 consists of two active ingredients that work together to provide relief from pain and inflammation:

Aceclofenac (100 mg): It is an NSAID that inhibits the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. These chemical messengers are key to inflammation, pain, and fever. By blocking the action of cyclooxygenases-2 enzyme, aceclofenac reduces the inflammation, pain, and fever associated with musculoskeletal disorders, joint pain, and injuries.
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Believed to act mainly on the central nervous system, acetaminophen inhibits central prostaglandin production by blocking COX enzymes in the brain. It increases the pain threshold and brings down fever by acting on the brain's heat-regulating centre.

Pregnancy

Alcinac P Tablet 15 is contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy. If you are pregnant or planning to conceive, discuss this with your doctor.
