Acimol-Forte Tablet is a triple-drug combination used to relieve pain and swelling in conditions like muscle pain, joint pain, and postoperative pain. It helps manage pain from musculoskeletal disorders, headaches, migraines, menstrual cramps, dental pain, and soft tissue injuries (sprains and strains). This combination (Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase) provides analgesia, anti-inflammation, and enzymatic action to reduce swelling.

Here's how you should take Acimol-Forte Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew or crush the tablet.
• You can take this medicine with or without food, as directed by your doctor.
• Continue taking this medicine even if you start to feel better, until your doctor advises otherwise.

Acimol-Forte Tablet contains three active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): As an NSAID, aceclofenac works by selectively inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). This action reduces the production of substances called prostaglandins that cause pain, inflammation and fever. Aceclofenac also suppresses certain proteins linked with inflammation.
• Paracetamol (325 mg): This is a centrally-acting painkiller that inhibits COX enzymes in your brain and spinal cord. It reduces the production of prostaglandins which helps to lower pain perception and reduce fever.
• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): This proteolytic enzyme breaks down inflammatory mediators and helps in the absorption of fluid from swollen tissues. This action reduces inflammation, swelling and pain and may enhance the penetration of the other two components of the medicine.

• Store your Acimol-Forte Tablet pack in a dry place, protected from light and at room temperature.
• Make sure the medicine is out of reach of children.
