• Vitamin A supplements: Concomitant use may lead to additive toxicity and severe hypervitaminosis A.
• Tetracycline antibiotics such as Doxycycline: Increased risk of raised intracranial pressure.
• Immunosuppressants such as Methotrexate: Enhanced risk of liver toxicity
• Anticonvulsants such as Phenytoin: May increase free phenytoin levels and toxicity.
