• Open the pack just before use.
• Collect the urine sample in a clean and dry container.
• Dip the test pads of the strip in the urine for 2 seconds and take out the strip.
• Compare the colours of the test pad with the result chart.
• Read the results within 5 minutes.
• Discard the strip after use.
• For top test pad: Leukocytes
  • Compare the results with the chart after 2 minutes.
  • Negative result: A yellow color with a "-" symbol.
  • Positive results: Purple colors with "+", "++", or "+++" symbols.
• For bottom test pad: Nitrites
  • Compare the results with the chart after 1 minute.
  • Negative result: A yellow color with a "-" symbol.
  • Positive results: Pink colors with "+", "++", or "+++" symbols.
• Hold the test pad close to each colour block and match it with the closest colour block on the result chart (on the carton/pouch/leaflet). The colour on the test card indicates positive, negative results of leukocytes and nitrites. Check the table on pouch & leaflet to see what your result means.
