Algisod Peppermint Flavour Suspension is used to relieve heartburn, indigestion, and acid reflux. With Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Alginate, and Sodium Bicarbonate, it neutralises stomach acid, forms a protective barrier, and soothes digestion. Its peppermint flavour makes it easy to consume, helping reduce burning sensation, sour taste, and stomach discomfort.

• Sodium Alginate IP (250 mg): Sodium Alginate is a natural polysaccharide derived from brown seaweed. In Algisod Peppermint Flavour Suspension, it forms a gel-like barrier on top of stomach contents and manages acid reflux and heartburn. This protective layer helps reduce irritation in the oesophagus and provides long-lasting relief from acidity.
   
• Sodium Bicarbonate IP (133.5 mg): Sodium Bicarbonate acts as a fast-acting antacid, neutralising excess stomach acid and alleviating symptoms of indigestion, heartburn and acid reflux. It also helps relieve gas and bloating by reducing acid buildup. This ingredient ensures quick relief from discomfort and supports proper digestion without causing excessive alkalinity in the stomach.
   
• Calcium Carbonate IP (80 mg): Calcium Carbonate is a powerful acid neutraliser that provides rapid relief from acidity. It strengthens the protective stomach lining and supports overall bone health due to its calcium content. Additionally, it helps balance stomach pH levels, making it effective in eliminating acid reflux, gastric irritation, and indigestion.
