It contains amlodipine and losartan. Take it as prescribed with water, with or without food. Continue taking it regularly even when you feel fine, as high blood pressure usually has no outward symptoms, and stopping suddenly can cause blood pressure to surge.
Adopting a low-salt diet is key to managing blood pressure effectively. Regular physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, and avoiding smoking and excess alcohol further support blood pressure control alongside medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have kidney disease, liver problems, heart failure, or severe low blood pressure before taking this medicine. It is not suitable during pregnancy. Inform your doctor if you experience persistent swelling in the ankles, marked dizziness, or severe fatigue.
