Repace AF Tablet is used for the following:

• Managing high blood pressure levels, also known as hypertension.

• Preventing complications associated with high blood pressure, like heart attacks.

• Reducing the risk of strokes due to elevated blood pressure.

• Providing relief in conditions like left ventricular hypertrophy (enlargement and thickening of walls of the heart's main pumping chamber).

• Assisting in managing type 2 diabetes with kidney complications.

Here's how you should take Repace AF Tablet:

• Follow the dosage and timing instructions provided by your doctor precisely.

• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

• Consult your doctor before discontinuing the medication; do not stop taking it without their guidance.

• Adhere to the dietary recommendations given by your doctor.

Repace AF Tablet is taken orally.

Repace AF Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): This ingredient is a calcium channel blocker that works by relaxing the smooth muscles in your blood vessel walls. This leads to wider arteries and improved blood flow. By doing so, amlodipine successfully reduces blood pressure.

• Losartan Potassium (50 mg): Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker. It prevents angiotensin II from binding to its receptors, which helps relax blood vessels and reduces blood pressure. By doing so, losartan decreases the workload on your heart and also protects your kidneys from damage caused by high blood pressure and diabetes.
