Zanocin 200 Tablet 10

Zanocin 200 Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections such as urinary tract infections, respiratory infections like pneumonia, skin and soft tissue infections, and sexually transmitted infections including gonorrhoea. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria causing the infection. This helps relieve symptoms and prevent the infection from spreading. Always use this tablet under medical guidance for effective and safe treatment.

• Skin and soft tissue infections: It can be effective in treating skin and soft tissue infections, including cellulitis and abscesses.
• Sexually transmitted infections: This medication may be used to treat certain sexually transmitted infections such as gonorrhoea.

• Take the tablet with a glass of water.
• Swallow the tablet as a whole, do not crush or chew.
• It can be taken with or without food. 

Zanocin 200 Tablet is administered orally. 

Zanocin 200 Tablet contains the following component:

• Ofloxacin (200 mg): It is a powerful antibiotic that kills bacteria. It does this by blocking two important enzymes in bacterial cells called topoisomerase II and topoisomerase IV that help the bacteria copy their DNA and divide. When ofloxacin stops these enzymes from working, the bacteria can't replicate or repair their DNA, which ultimately prevents them from multiplying and causes them to die. Ofloxacin is also good at getting inside bacterial cells, which helps it kill them quickly.

• Store Zanocin 200 Tablet at room temperature below 30℃.
• Protect the medicine from heat and light.
• Keep the tablet away from the reach of children.
• Do not use the tablet after the expiry date has passed.

• Make sure you drink plenty of water or other fluids every day while you are taking this tablet.
• Exercise regularly for the best physical and mental health. Exercises keep the organs of the body healthy and improve blood circulation, ensuring proper nourishment and overall well-being. 
• Stay hydrated and drink fluids like lemon water and fresh fruit juices. As the body is majorly composed of water, maintaining proper hydration is essential for the smooth functioning of various activities of organs.
• Take a balanced diet to nourish the body and the brain. Maintain proper hygiene to avoid bacterial infections. Take showers after sweating profusely.
• Eat fibre rich food like whole grains, beans, lentils, berries, broccoli, peas and bananas.
• Avoid foods rich in calcium, grapefruit and grapefruit juice as they might hinder the absorption of antibiotics.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol and usage of tobacco.
• Antibiotics can alter the useful bacteria in the stomach, which can cause indigestion. Therefore, you are advised to take foods rich in probiotics such as yoghurt/curd, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh, kimchi, miso, kombucha, buttermilk, natto and cheese
