Xyzal M Tablet is used to manage chronic allergy symptoms in adults, including sneezing, watery eyes and nasal congestion, and helps control allergic rhinitis, chronic hives, and as an add-on treatment for asthma.

Uses of Xyzal M Tablet are:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, a runny nose and nasal congestion.
• Chronic Urticaria (Hives): Reduces persistent skin itching and irritation.
• Add-on Treatment for Asthma: Helps manage asthma as an add-on therapy and is not intended for the relief of acute asthma attacks.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; d
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Stick to the dose recommended by your doctor.
• Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor, even if your symptoms improve.

Xyzal M Tablet is taken orally.

Xyzal M Tablet works in the human body in the following ways:

• Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg): This antihistamine works by blocking histamine, a chemical released by your body during an allergic reaction. By preventing histamine from attaching to its receptors, levocetirizine dihydrochloride reduces allergy symptoms.
• Montelukast (10 mg): As a leukotriene receptor antagonist, montelukast inhibits the action of leukotrienes, another set of chemicals involved in allergic reactions. By blocking these leukotrienes, it reduces inflammation in the airways and nasal passages and manages symptoms like congestion and breathing difficulties.

• Store Xyzal M Tablet at room temperature, ideally below 30 degrees Celsius.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
• Always keep the medicine out of the reach of children and pets.
• Use this medicine before its expiry date.
