Prochlorperazine (5 Mg)

Vometil Md Tablet 10 is used to manage motion sickness. It is a single-ingredient antiemetic medicine containing prochlorperazine.

This medicine controls nausea and vomiting caused by motion sickness. It also helps manage vertigo and inner ear inflammation. It is also used for short-term relief of severe anxiety when prescribed.

Before starting, tell your doctor about your medical conditions and allergies. Tell the doctor about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Vometil Md Tablet 10 is used to manage motion sickness.

Uses of Vometil Md Tablet 10 are:

Motion Sickness: Controls nausea and vomiting caused by motion sickness.
Vertigo and Labyrinthitis: Helps manage vertigo and inner ear inflammation.
Severe Anxiety: Used for short-term relief of severe anxiety when prescribed.

It can be taken with or without water.
Swallow the tablet as a whole; do not crush or chew.
It can be taken with or without food.
Do not take more than the recommended dose.

Vometil Md Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Vometil Md Tablet 10 may cause some side effects that are usually mild and go away as your body adjusts to the medicine.

A few common side effects of Vometil Md Tablet 10:

General: drowsiness and dizziness.
Neurological: headache.
Digestive: dry mouth and blurred vision.

If any side effect does not improve or becomes serious, speak to your doctor. Do not stop taking the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
