Here's how to take Voglinorm-GM2 Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Do not chew, cut or crush the tablet.
Always take this medicine as part of a meal.
The best time to take it is usually breakfast or the first main meal of the day.
It's important not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Voglinorm-GM2 Tablet is taken orally.

Voglinorm-GM2 Tablet may have the following common side effects:

Hypoglycaemia: This refers to low blood sugar levels, which can cause symptoms such as hunger, sweating, and dizziness.
Diarrhoea
Nausea

Flatulence

Antianginal agents such as ranolazine. It may increase the blood concentration of this tablet.
An anticonvulsant agent such as phenytoin. It may lead to hyperglycemia and may lead to loss of glycemic control.
Tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as vandetanib and crizotinib. It may increase the blood concentration of this tablet.
Antiretroviral agents such as dolutegravir. It may increase the blood concentration of this tablet.
H2 antagonist/antacid agent such as cimetidine. It may increase the blood concentration of this tablet.
Antifungal agents such as miconazole and fluconazole. The concomitant use can lead to severe hypoglycemia.
Carbonic anhydrase inhibitor/diuretic agents such as acetazolamide. The concomitant may increase the blood glucose levels.
Antibiotics such as rifampicin. The concomitant may increase the blood glucose levels.

Drug-Food Interactions

Voglinorm-GM2 Tablet should be taken with a meal to prevent stomach upset. There are no specific food items known to interact negatively with this medication.

Drug-Disease Interactions

Voglinorm-GM2 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

Diabetic Ketoacidosis and Type 1 Diabetes: Voglinorm-GM2 Tablet is not suitable for these conditions.
Hereditary Galactose Intolerance, Lapp Lactase Deficiency or Glucose-Galactose Malabsorption: Voglinorm-GM2 Tablets are contraindicated for patients with these rare genetic problems.

Daily Dose

The daily dose of Voglinorm-GM2 Tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
