Vetory-D Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of abdominal pain and cramps

• Relief from discomfort associated with gastrointestinal disorders

• Management of pain and inflammation in dysmenorrhea

Here's how to take Vetory-D Tablet :

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

• This medicine should be taken preferably with meals.

• Do not take more than the directed dose without consulting your doctor.

• It's important not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Vetory-D Tablet is taken orally.

Vetory-D Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This element belongs to the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) category. Its main function is to inhibit an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX), particularly COX-2 which plays a key role in producing prostaglandins substances responsible for inducing pain, inflammation, and fever. By blocking this enzyme, aceclofenac effectively reduces these symptoms.

• Drotaverine (80 mg): Classified as an antispasmodic agent, drotaverine works by inhibiting an enzyme known as phosphodiesterase IV (PDE IV). This enzyme is responsible for breaking down cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), a substance that controls the contraction and relaxation of smooth muscles. By inhibiting PDE IV, drotaverine increases cAMP levels which leads to relaxation and relief from muscle spasms.

• Store Vetory-D Tablet in a cool, dry place where the temperature stays under 30°C.

• Protect it from light and moisture.

• Always keep this medicine out of reach and sight of children.

• Make sure you take your medicine before its expiry date.
