Urclar Sr 500 MG Tablet 4 is indicated for managing upper respiratory tract infections, such as sinusitis and pharyngitis, and lower respiratory tract infections, including bronchitis and pneumonia. It is also used to treat middle ear infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and bacterial infections linked with peptic ulcer disease, caused by Helicobacter pylori. This tablet is also effective in managing disseminated or localized mycobacterial infections.

Here's how to take Urclar Sr 500 MG Tablet 4:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid breaking, chewing, or crushing it.
• You can take it with or without food.
