CompositionTriohale Inhaler is used for the regular, long-term control of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults, helping ease breathlessness and reduce flare-ups. It is not for a sudden breathing attack.
It combines an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), and a long-acting beta-agonist (LABA), which relax and open the airways.
Use it regularly through the inhaler as prescribed, even when you feel well, and rinse your mouth with water after each use. Keep a fast-acting reliever for sudden breathlessness.
Tell your doctor about any glaucoma, difficulty passing urine or heart problems before use. In COPD, inhaled steroids can slightly raise the risk of pneumonia, so report a fever or worsening breathlessness.
