Press down on the inhaler one time to release the drug while inhaling in through your mouth, then hold your breath for 10 seconds. Repeat until you've inhaled the recommended amount of puffs. After that, rinse your mouth completely with water and spit it out.

Ciclesonide, formoterol, and tiotropium are the salt compositions present in combination in Trimium Transhaler. A corticosteroid is Ciclesonide which  works by preventing the release of certain natural chemicals in the body that cause airway inflammation. Tiotropium is an anticholinergic, while formoterol is a bronchodilator. They enlarge the airways by relaxing the muscles in the airways. They make breathing easier when used together.
