Toff Dc Tablet 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) such as phenelzine or selegiline: Concurrent use may increase the risk of severe hypertension, serotonin syndrome, and excessive central nervous system stimulation.
• Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as fluoxetine or sertraline: Combined use may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome characterised by agitation, tremors, sweating, confusion, or rapid heartbeat.
• Sedatives or anxiolytics such as diazepam or alprazolam: Concomitant use may enhance drowsiness, dizziness, and impaired mental alertness due to additive central nervous system depressant effects.
• Tricyclic antidepressants such as amitriptyline: Concurrent use may increase anticholinergic effects such as dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, and urinary retention.
• Beta-blockers such as propranolol or atenolol: Combined use with phenylephrine may alter cardiovascular responses and increase the risk of elevated blood pressure.
• Other sympathomimetic medicines such as pseudoephedrine: Concurrent use may increase the risk of palpitations, hypertension, and cardiovascular side effects.

• Asthma or chronic respiratory diseases: Use cautiously, as suppression of the cough reflex may impair mucus clearance and mask worsening respiratory symptoms.
• Cardiovascular disease: Phenylephrine may increase heart rate and cardiac workload, increasing the risk of palpitations or arrhythmias.
