• Shake the bottle well before each use.

• Instil one or two drops into the pouch formed by pulling down your lower eyelid.

Toba F Eye Drops are a combination medicine with three active ingredients that work together to alleviate symptoms and manage bacterial eye infections:

• Tobramycin (0.3%): This aminoglycoside antibiotic works by binding irreversibly to certain structures within bacterial cells, disrupting their protein-making process. This leads to changes in cell membrane permeability and eventually causes the bacteria to die.

• Fluorometholone (0.1%): As a corticosteroid with potent anti-inflammatory activity, fluorometholone acts by inducing proteins known as lipocortins that inhibit inflammation mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes. These actions help reduce inflammation.

• Benzalkonium Chloride (0.01%): This component acts as a preservative in the formulation due to its bactericidal action, which helps maintain the sterility of the solution.
