Terol LA-4 Capsule is used in adults to manage overactive bladder symptoms such as urgency, frequency and incontinence.

Uses of Terol LA-4 Capsule are:

• Urinary Urgency: Helps reduce the sudden, strong need to pass urine.
• Urinary Frequency: Helps reduce how often you need to pass urine, including at night.
• Urinary Incontinence: Helps reduce involuntary bladder contractions and improve bladder control.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

Terol LA-4 Capsule contains Tolterodine (4 mg). This medicine works on the body in the following ways:

• Competitive Muscarinic Receptor Antagonist: The active ingredient in this medicine, Tolterodine, blocks muscarinic receptors. These receptors are involved in the contraction of your bladder muscles. By blocking these receptors, Tolterodine reduces involuntary bladder contractions, leading to improved bladder control.
• Increases Bladder Capacity: By reducing these involuntary contractions, Tolterodine also increases the capacity of your bladder. This action delays your initial urge to urinate, helping manage symptoms of an overactive bladder.
