Terol LA-4 Capsule is used in adults to manage overactive bladder symptoms, including urinary urgency, frequency, night-time urination and incontinence.

Terol LA-4 Capsule contains Tolterodine (4 mg). This medicine works on the body in the following ways:

• Competitive Muscarinic Receptor Antagonist: The active ingredient in this medicine, Tolterodine, blocks muscarinic receptors. These receptors are involved in the contraction of your bladder muscles. By blocking these receptors, Tolterodine reduces involuntary bladder contractions, leading to improved bladder control.
