Tenvir L 300/300 MG Tablet may interacts with:

• NSAIDs such as ibuprofen: Using NSAIDs with Tenvir L 300/300 MG Tablet may increase the risk of kidney damage, especially with prolonged use or pre-existing kidney issues.
• Antiviral medication such as Ribavirin: Combining Ribavirin with this medication can cause severe liver complications, particularly in patients with advanced liver disease.
• Other HIV medications such as Adefovir: Co-administration with Adefovir may result in additive toxicity, heightening the risk of kidney and liver damage.

There are no specific food restrictions with this medication.

Patients with the following conditions should use Tenvir L 300/300 MG Tablet cautiously:

• Pancreatitis: Patients with a history of pancreatitis should use this medication cautiously, as it may exacerbate the condition.
• Liver Dysfunction: This medication should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver function to avoid further complications.
