CompositionTazloc Trio 80 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults when treatment with one or two medicines has not given adequate control, and to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.
It combines telmisartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide, three blood pressure medicines that work in different ways. Take it as prescribed, with or without food, at the same time each day.
Lifestyle changes support blood pressure control alongside this medicine. These include cutting down on salt, eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, staying active, keeping to a healthy weight, and limiting alcohol.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, diabetes, gout, or low blood pressure. Because it contains a diuretic, your doctor may check your kidney function and salts. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
