Sysron N Tablet 10

Sysron-N 5mg Tablet is used to treat heavy, painful, and irregular periods in adult women, and to help manage endometriosis and premenstrual tension.

Uses of Sysron-N 5mg Tablet are:

• Menstrual Irregularity: Helps regulate menstruation and reduce heavy, painful, or irregular periods.
• Premenstrual Tension: Alleviates premenstrual tension (PMT) and related symptoms.
• Endometriosis: Helps manage abnormal tissue growth associated with endometriosis.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

The Sysron-N Tablet is taken orally. 

The Sysron-N Tablet contains the following components:

• Norethisterone (5 mg): It is a progestogen which is similar to the natural female hormone progesterone. It works by inhibiting the release of pituitary hormones responsible for releasing female hormones; like estrogen and progesterone, suppressing ovulation. This action also changes the endometrial lining, effectively stopping bleeding in cases of menstrual irregularities.
• In the context of cancer, Sysron-N Tablet may inhibit pituitary function or directly affect tumour deposits.

The storage instructions for the Sysron-N Tablet are as follows:

• Sysron-N Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Avoid fried and processed foods in your diet.
• Incorporate fibre-rich foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.
• Cut down on refined sugars in foods and drinks.
• Swap animal proteins for vegetable sources like nuts, seeds, and beans.
• Monitor your alcohol and caffeine consumption, as they can exacerbate symptoms.
• Maintain a normal weight and engage in regular moderate exercise.
• Say no to smoking and excessive alcohol intake for better health.
