• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (250 mg): It is an analgesic and antipyretic that helps reduce pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in your central nervous system.

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg): Acting as a decongestant, this ingredient narrows blood vessels in your nasal passages to reduce inflammation and swelling, helping to relieve nasal congestion.

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg): This antihistamine blocks the action of histamine in your body, reducing symptoms like runny nose, sneezing and watery eyes.
